本頁說明採用中英雙語版本，若中英文版本有任何歧異，應以中文版本為準。

Introduction

Welcome to 67 Mindfulness Jar & Breathing (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). The following Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the App.

This page is provided in a bilingual Chinese-English format. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

1. 服務描述

應用程式功能

本應用程式提供兩個核心功能：

• 靜心瓶：通過搖動裝置或點擊虛擬按鈕，模擬一個充滿閃亮粒子的玻璃瓶。用於冥想和放鬆練習。
• 呼吸覺察：提供多種結構化呼吸訓練方法，包括吸氣、屏氣、呼氣和暫停各個階段，輔以音頻指導。

應用程式狀態

本應用程式"按現狀"提供，可能包含功能限制或測試功能。我們持續改進服務，但不保證無故障運行。

1. Description of Service

App Features

The App provides two core features:

• Mindfulness Jar: Simulates a glass jar full of sparkling particles by shaking the device or tapping a virtual button. Used for meditation and relaxation exercises.
• Breathing Awareness: Provides various structured breathing training methods, including stages of inhalation, holding, exhalation, and pausing, accompanied by audio guidance.

App Status

The App is provided "as is" and may contain functional limitations or beta features. We continuously improve our services, but do not guarantee error-free operation.

2. 使用授權

我們授予您個人的、非排他性的、不可轉讓的許可證，允許您在您擁有或有權使用的裝置上安裝和使用本應用程式。您同意：

• 不複製、修改或創建本應用程式的衍生作品。
• 不反向工程、反彙編或嘗試提取本應用程式的源代碼。
• 不出租、出售或轉讓本應用程式的使用權。
• 不使用本應用程式進行任何非法或有害的活動。
• Plus 進階版購買權為個人使用，不得在多個帳號或裝置間共享或轉讓。

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on a device that you own or have the right to use. You agree:

• Not to copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• Not to reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Not to rent, sell, or transfer the right to use the App.
• Not to use the App for any illegal or harmful activities.
• The Plus Premium purchase is for personal use and may not be shared or transferred between multiple accounts or devices.

3. 應用程式內購買（IAP）與 Plus 進階版

Plus 進階版說明

本應用程式提供免費和 Plus 進階版兩種體驗：

• 免費版：包含所有核心功能（靜心瓶、呼吸訓練）及廣告。
• Plus 進階版：一次性付費永久擁有，移除廣告並解鎖進階功能，無需訂閱或續期。

購買流程

Plus 進階版的購買為一次性付費，通過以下渠道進行：

• iOS：透過 Apple App Store 的應用程式內購買（IAP）進行。購買後永久有效。
• Android：透過 Google Play Store 的應用程式內購買進行。購買後永久有效。

購買恢復

若您在新裝置上安裝本應用程式，可透過以下方式恢復 Plus 進階版購買：

• iOS：使用原購買帳號登入 App Store，開啟應用程式內的「恢復購買」選項。
• Android：使用原購買帳號登入 Google Play，應用程式將自動驗證購買狀態。

非退款政策

根據 Apple App Store 和 Google Play Store 的政策，應用程式內購買一般不可退款。退款政策由各平台制定和執行。若您要求退款，請聯絡相應的應用程式商店，而非我們。

3. In-App Purchases (IAP) and Plus Premium Version

Plus Premium Version Description

The App offers two experiences: Free and Plus Premium:

• Free Version: Includes all core features (Mindfulness Jar, Breathing Training) and advertisements.
• Plus Premium Version: A one-time purchase that removes advertisements and unlocks all advanced features, with no subscription or renewal required.

Purchase Process

The purchase of the Plus Premium version is a one-time payment made through the following channels:

• iOS: Via In-App Purchase (IAP) on the Apple App Store. Valid permanently after purchase.
• Android: Via In-App Purchase on the Google Play Store. Valid permanently after purchase.

Purchase Restoration

If you install the App on a new device, you can restore your Plus Premium purchase through the following methods:

• iOS: Log into the App Store with the original purchasing account and use the "Restore Purchase" option within the App.
• Android: Log into Google Play with the original purchasing account, and the App will automatically verify the purchase status.

Non-Refund Policy

According to the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, in-app purchases are generally non-refundable. Refund policies are established and enforced by each platform. If you request a refund, please contact the respective app store, not us.

4. Health Disclaimer

The App is not a medical device or a provider of medical advice. Meditation and breathing training may be helpful to some, but:

• We do not promise any specific health outcomes or improvements.
• If you have any health concerns, please consult a qualified medical professional.
• If you are taking prescription medications or receiving psychological treatment, please inform your healthcare provider before using the App.

5. 健康數據整合

本應用程式可與 Apple HealthKit（iOS）或 Android Health Connect（Android 14+）整合，以記錄冥想分鐘數：

• 您必須明確同意本應用程式存取您的健康數據。
• 本應用程式不讀取您的其他健康記錄（步數、心率、睡眠等）。
• 本應用程式僅寫入"正念分鐘"（mindfulness minutes）記錄。
• 您可以隨時在您的設備設定中撤銷本應用程式的健康數據存取。

5. Health Data Integration

The App can integrate with Apple HealthKit (iOS) or Android Health Connect (Android 14+) to record meditation minutes:

• You must explicitly consent to the App accessing your health data.
• The App does not read your other health records (steps, heart rate, sleep, etc.).
• The App only writes "mindfulness minutes" records.
• You can revoke the App's access to health data at any time in your device settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (including code, design, images, text, music, sound effects) is protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or publicly display these materials without explicit permission.

7. 服務變更與終止

變更權利

我們保留權利隨時修改或終止本應用程式的任何部分，包括功能、設計或整個服務，恕不另行通知。

終止使用

若您違反本條款，我們可能限制或終止您的訪問權。在以下情況下，您也可能無法訪問服務：

• Apple App Store 或 Google Play Store 下架本應用程式。
• 您的裝置操作系統版本不再支援本應用程式。

7. Service Modification and Termination

Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify or terminate any part of the App at any time, including features, design, or the entire service, without prior notice.

Termination of Use

If you violate these Terms, we may restrict or terminate your access. You may also be unable to access the service under the following circumstances:

• The Apple App Store or Google Play Store removes the App.
• Your device's operating system version no longer supports the App.

• The App will operate uninterrupted.
• The App is free of errors or defects.
• The App will be compatible with all your devices.
• Using the App will achieve any results you expect.

9. 責任限制

在任何情況下，67靜心瓶與呼吸不對由使用或無法使用本應用程式而造成的任何直接、間接、偶然、特殊或懲罰性損害賠償負責，包括但不限於資料遺失、業務中斷或財務損失，即使我們已被告知此類損害的可能性。

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 67 Mindfulness Jar & Breathing be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or financial loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, etc.). We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or security of third-party content. Access to third-party websites is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

若您向我們提供任何反饋、建議或報告（通過應用程式內的"聯絡我們"功能或其他方式），您授予我們無限制地使用此反饋以改進應用程式的權利。

11. User-Generated Content and Feedback

If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or reports (via the in-app "Contact Us" feature or otherwise), you grant us an unrestricted right to use this feedback to improve the App.

12. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the App in violation of any laws.
