67靜心瓶與呼吸（以下簡稱「本應用程式」或「本服務」）致力於保護您的隱私。本隱私權政策說明我們如何蒐集、使用及保護您在使用本應用程式時提供的資訊。

本頁說明採用中英雙語版本，若中英文版本有任何歧異，應以中文版本為準。

Introduction

67 Mindfulness Jar & Breathing (hereinafter referred to as the "App" or the "Service") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide when using the App.

This page is provided in a bilingual Chinese-English format. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

1. 我們蒐集的資訊

本應用程式主要在本地裝置上運行，我們盡可能減少從伺服器蒐集資訊：

• 本地儲存：練習記錄、使用者偏好設定（語言、音量等）存儲在您的裝置上，使用 Flutter Shared Preferences 機制。
• 健康資料：本應用程式可與 Apple HealthKit（iOS）及 Android Health Connect（Android 14+）整合，用於寫入「正念分鐘」（mindfulness minutes）。我們不讀取其他健康資料，僅在您同意後寫入冥想練習的時長。
• 個人識別資訊：本應用程式不要求您登入帳號或提供個人識別資訊（如姓名、電子郵件、電話號碼）。所有資料均保留在您的裝置上。

1. Information We Collect

The App primarily runs locally on your device, and we minimize the collection of information from servers as much as possible:

• Local Storage: Practice records and user preferences (language, volume, etc.) are stored on your device using the Flutter Shared Preferences mechanism.
• Health Data: The App can integrate with Apple HealthKit (iOS) and Android Health Connect (Android 14+) to write "mindfulness minutes". We do not read other health data, and only write the duration of your meditation practice after your consent.
• Personally Identifiable Information: The App does not require you to log in or provide personally identifiable information (such as name, email address, phone number). All data remains on your device.

2. 廣告及追蹤

本應用程式使用 Google AdMob 來提供廣告服務：

• Google AdMob：可能使用裝置識別符（如 Advertising ID）來提供個性化廣告，詳見 Google AdMob 隱私權政策。
• Plus 進階版：購買 Plus 進階版解鎖可移除所有廣告。

2. Advertising and Tracking

The App uses Google AdMob to provide advertising services:

• Google AdMob: May use device identifiers (such as Advertising ID) to provide personalized ads. For details, please see the Google AdMob Privacy Policy.
• Plus Premium Version: Purchasing the Plus Premium unlock removes all ads.

3. 應用程式內購買（IAP）

購買 Plus 進階版時：

• 一次性購買：Plus 進階版為一次性付費，購買後永久擁有，無需訂閱或續期。
• 付款處理：所有付款均透過 Apple App Store 或 Google Play Store 處理，本應用程式不儲存或接觸您的付款資訊（信用卡、銀行帳戶等）。
• 購買驗證：本應用程式僅驗證購買狀態，不存儲付款詳細資訊。詳見 Apple 隱私權政策及 Google 隱私權政策。

3. In-App Purchases (IAP)

When purchasing the Plus Premium version:

• One-time Purchase: The Plus Premium version is a one-time payment. Once purchased, you own it permanently, with no subscription or renewal required.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The App does not store or have access to your payment information (credit card, bank account, etc.).
• Purchase Verification: The App only verifies the purchase status and does not store payment details. For details, see the Apple Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

4. 數據分析與第三方服務

為了優化使用體驗，本應用程式使用 Google 提供的 Firebase 服務進行基本的匿名數據分析：

• Firebase Analytics： 蒐集匿名的使用行為數據（如頁面停留、按鈕點擊等），幫助我們改進 App 功能。這些數據不包含任何可識別個人身分的資訊。詳見 Google 隱私權政策。

4. Data Analytics and Third-Party Services

To optimize the user experience, the App uses Firebase services provided by Google for basic anonymous data analytics:

• Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous usage behavior data (such as page duration, button clicks, etc.) to help us improve App features. This data does not contain any personally identifiable information. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy.

5. 安全性

本應用程式在本地裝置上執行所有敏感操作（如音頻播放、粒子模擬、練習記錄）。沒有私密資訊通過網路傳輸，因此降低了資訊外洩的風險。

The App performs all sensitive operations (such as audio playback, particle simulation, and practice recording) on your local device. No private information is transmitted over the network, thus reducing the risk of information leakage.

• MIDI 與音訊：音訊播放僅在本地進行，不涉及網路傳輸。
• 振動及搖晃偵測：加速度計資料僅在本機使用，不傳至伺服器。

6. Other Service Integrations

The App may integrate the following services in the future:

• MIDI and Audio: Audio playback is performed locally and does not involve network transmission.
• Vibration and Shake Detection: Accelerometer data is only used locally and is not transmitted to servers.

我們可能不時更新本隱私權政策。更新時，我們將在應用程式內通知您。持續使用本應用程式表示您同意更新後的隱私權政策。

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you within the App when updates occur. Continued use of the App indicates your agreement to the updated Privacy Policy.

8. 資料保留與刪除

我們非常重視您的數據掌控權：

• 資料保留期限：
  • 本地數據： 您的練習記錄與偏好設定僅儲存在您的裝置中。只要您保留本應用程式，資料就會一直存在。
  • 第三方服務數據： Firebase 與 AdMob 蒐集的匿名技術資訊，將依照 Google 的資料保留政策進行處理。
• 使用者如何刪除資料：
  • 刪除本地數據： 您可以隨時透過解除安裝（Uninstall）本應用程式來刪除所有儲存在裝置上的本地數據。
  • 健康數據： 若您曾授權寫入健康數據，您可以隨時透過 iOS 的「健康」App 或 Android 的「Health Connect (健康連結)」App 手動刪除相關記錄。
  • 請求刪除匿名資訊： 由於本應用程式不要求建立帳號，我們無法將匿名的分析數據與特定使用者連結。若您不希望被追蹤，可以透過裝置設定中的「重設廣告 ID」或「關閉個人化廣告」來處理。

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We place great importance on your control over your data:

• Data Retention Period:
  • Local Data: Your practice records and preferences are stored only on your device. As long as you keep the App, the data will remain.
  • Third-Party Service Data: Anonymous technical information collected by Firebase and AdMob will be handled in accordance with Google's data retention policies.
• How Users Can Delete Data:
  • Delete Local Data: You can delete all local data stored on your device at any time by uninstalling the App.
  • Health Data: If you have authorized the writing of health data, you can manually delete the relevant records at any time via the iOS "Health" App or Android "Health Connect" App.
  • Request Deletion of Anonymous Information: Because the App does not require account creation, we cannot link anonymous analytical data to specific users. If you do not wish to be tracked, you can address this by "Resetting Advertising ID" or "Turning off personalized ads" in your device settings.
